Every city except manhattan. Stupid

Really like the app, especially the ability to drive around with the map view and looking at real estate. Wish it were possible to refine saved searches with "new" and "price reduction" tags.

Out dated app needs to be updated Smarter Agent better look around and update their stuff. Are they the my space of real estate apps. Much better options out there.

The app and its usability is superb, allowing for very quick familiarity and scanning through large quantities of homes. The radius search should give you the option to adjust the mileage on the initial search, rather than having to go to "refine search" to make the change. Even still, this is a great property database, and Im a definite fan.

Great app. Very accurate and sophisticated feel.

App crashes if you try to refine searches to rentals only.

I love Sothebys and everything they have to offer.

I love sothebys, but i cant use it, i open, and it crashes right away!

After entering search it says welcome back. Invalid. Welcome back. Invalid. Welcome back. Invalid. Etc. no way to access any listings...

Hardly EVER wants to load pictures! Whats the point of this app? Gonna go back to Realtor...

So easy to use. Anytime Im curious about how much a home is for sale I just use the proximity feature

Best mobile search tool I have seen
